Account Registration

Members can only login onto the ION Orchard mobile app via your registered mobile number or email address. Each mobile number and email is unique to each member and sharing is not allowed. A one-time OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address. For foreign mobile numbers, mobile number login is unavailable and a valid email address must be provided for login purposes.

If you are an existing ION⁺ Rewards member, you can verify your account via your registered mobile number and email address.

 

If you are a new ION⁺ Rewards member, you can register an account with either a mobile number or email address which will be your unique identifier to access the mobile app.

 

For foreign mobile numbers, mobile number login is unavailable and a valid email address must be provided for login purposes.

You should register your mobile number of your choice as a one-time OTP will be sent to your mobile device.

 

Request for updating of your mobile number will require proof of documentation at the Concierge Counters.

Tap on the “Car” icon at the top of the ION Orchard mobile app homepage to top-up your Carpark$. Tap on 'Vehicle IU' and key in a maximum of 3 Vehicle IU numbers. Swipe the button to the right to activate the main Vehicle IU number.

 

Alternatively, you can also edit under the "Profile" tab at the right bottom bar of the ION Orchard mobile app.

Your ION⁺ Rewards "Virtual Membership Card" QR code is an unique identifier for your ION⁺ Rewards account and can be located under the "Profile" tab at the right bottom bar of the ION Orchard mobile app. 

 

This QR code wll be used to faciliate your membership needs at the Concierge Counters. However, this QR code cannot be used for earning of ION⁺ Points. 

ION Orchard official mobile app can be downloaded from App store and Google Play on your iOS and Android mobile devices. The purpose of the mobile app is to allow users to perform actions relating to the membership programme, such as instant earning of ION⁺ Points, redeeming exclusive rewards, and conversion of ION⁺ Points to Carpark$ and eCapitaVoucher.

The website does not require installation and can be viewed on mobile browsers (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer) on your smart phone or tablets. The website allows you to have access to our services, store directory, latest happenings and promotions in the mall.

Members can now earn ION+ Points instantly. The earned ION+ Points can be redeemed at the next purchase. 

At point of payment, members simply need to launch their membership QR code via the ION Orchard mobile app and scan it at the ION+ Rewards terminal installed at participating Easy Earn stores to earn ION+ Points. Members will only be able to earn ION+ Points from participating Easy Earn stores, on the date of spend only. 

Once the ION+ Rewards Membership QR code is scanned at the ION+ Rewards terminal in the participating Easy Earn store, there will be a 'beep' sound for non-wireless QR scanners, and for wireless QR scanners, a visual will be displayed on the LED screen. A push notification will then be sent to your ION Orchard mobile app. You may also verify this by tapping on the "bell" icon at the top right hand corner of the ION Orchard mobile app. 

Members will only be able to earn ION+ Points from participating Easy Earn stores, with the ION+ Rewards terminal installed. 

However, receipts from non-Easy Earn stores can be accepted to clock in the spending for membership upgrade / renewal via the Concierge Counter on date of spend only, subject to a minimum of $1,000 same-day accumulative spend from a single store. No ION+ Points (Base / Campaign Points) will be awarded from such non-Easy Earn store receipts and receipts are not eligible for all spend and redeem campaigns. 

Tourists must sign up as an ION+ Rewards Tourist member to be eligible for tourist promotions. Tourist needs to scan the ION+ Rewards membership QR code at the ION+ Rewards terminal installed at participating Easy Earn store at point of payment.

Members may refer to the brand directory on the ION Orchard website for stores which are part of the Easy Earn programme.

Please check that you are connected to the internet, and that you have a good connection.

If you did not receive your OTP within 2 minutes, select “Resend OTP” to request a new OTP. Note that there may be a lag time in receiving OTP via SMS if mobile connection is weak. Please note that foreign numbers will not be able to receive OTP via SMS.

 

If you have requested OTP for more than 3 times, your account will be locked for 15 minutes due to security reasons. If you have entered a wrong OTP for more than 5 times, you will not be allowed to retry for a period of 5 minutes due to security reasons.

 

For foreign mobile numbers, mobile number login is unavailable and a valid email address must be provided for login purposes.

Account Management

Members can redeem ION+ Points to eCapitaVouchers via the ION Orchard mobile app by tapping on the “eCapitaVoucher” icon at the top of the ION Orchard mobile app homepage. Members are required to “Link with CapitaStar” to proceed with the redemption. 

Members may refer to the brand directory on the ION Orchard website for stores which accept payment of eCapitaVouchers, and those who are unable to accept payment via eCapitaVoucher on the ION Orchard mobile app.

 

Go to the "Profile" on the bottom right bar -> Tap on the "eCapitaVoucher" icon -> Tap on "Link With CapitaStar" button and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Please ensure that your push notification settings on both the ION Orchard mobile app and mobile device are turned on in order to receive push notifications.

For security reasons, there is a timeout period once your account is locked. Please try again after the timeout period.

Go to the 'Profile' tab at the bottom right bar of the ION Orchard mobile app -> Settings -> Request Membership Termination under 'Membership Cancellation' -> Confirm.

Go to the 'Profile' tab at the bottom right bar of the ION Orchard mobile app -> Settings -> Sign Out.
